Shining in Europe: DIRUI products bring benefit to Europe

      On July 31, 2015, the medical devices and pharmaceutical equipment industry development seminar was held in Changchun University of Science and Technology. This seminar was sponsored by Jilin Provincial Science and Technology Department (Jilin Provincial Pharmaceutical Industry Promotion Group Office), Jilin Provincial Medical Devices Industry Technology Innovation Strategy Alliance, and Jilin Provincial Food and Drug Testing Devices and Pharmaceutical Equipment Industry Technology Innovation Strategy Alliance, and undertaken by Changchun University of Science and Technology, Changchun Dirui Industrial Co., Ltd. etc. The provincial and municipal leaders, industry experts, responsible persons of the undertaking organizations, alliance organization personnel, and insiders, totaling more than 300 people, attended the seminar.       Zhang Weihan pointed out that as the major component of our provincial pharmaceutical health industry, the medical devices and pharmaceutical equipment industry has developed a certain industrial scale and competitive edges over the past several years. And in the coming years, the promotion philosophy and emphasis of our provincial medical devices and pharmaceutical equipment industry are: stick to innovation; innovate rather than copying, innovate while learning, and make full use of the late-mover advantage.

      In the seminar, Song Yong, director-general of Jilin Provincial Medical Devices Industry Alliance and board chairman of Dirui Industrial Co., Ltd., and Yu Yuanhua, secretary-general of Jilin Provincial Food and Drug Testing Devices and Pharmaceutical Equipment Industry Alliance, and president of School of Life Sciences of Changchun University of Science and Technology respectively introduced the key tasks and development plans of the alliances. This marked that the two alliances are officially started.

The topics of their wonderful speeches were “China Creation 2025 — Medical Devices Industry Development Routes”, “Affect of Policy Regulations and Scientific and Technological Advance on Pharmaceutical Equipment Industry”, “Current Status, Progress of Clinical Examinations, and IVD Opportunities”, “Current Status and Progress of IVD Reagent Standard Materials Preparation”. They analyzed the current status, progress and development opportunities of domestic and foreign related industries.

      The afternoon, an exchange meeting was held for the enterprises and research institutes. More than 40 representatives from 10 enterprises such as Dirui Industrial Co., Ltd., and Watertown Pharmaceutical Equipment Co., Ltd., and 7 research institutes like Jilin University presented 23 cooperation exchange boards and recommended 48 scientific innovation achievements and enterprise technology demands. Cooperation was reached in molecular diagnostics technology, colloid gold strips detectors, personnel training, etc. between Dirui and CIOMP, Jilin University and Changchun University of Science and Technology, Watertown and Changchun University of Technology.
      The seminar promoted the rapid development of our provincial medical devices and pharmaceutical equipment industry, and played an important role in maintaining and enhancing the good development trend of the pharmaceutical health pillar industry.
